PURPOSE: To provide a fiber bundle-collecting device capable of improving yarn quality by reducing the occurrence of fluff compared to that by a conventional fiber bundle-collecting device by a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: This fiber bundle-collecting device 30 is installed on the downstream side of a final delivery roller pair of a draft device, and has a delivery part 31, and a sucking pipe 32 installed so as to extend to the upstream side in the traveling direction of the fiber bundle F from the nipping point of the delivery part 31, and having a sliding face with a sucking hole 32a. A wound member 33 is installed at the opposite side to the sucking pipe 32 so as to place the bottom nip roller 35a constituting the delivery part 31 between them. An air-permeable apron 34 is wound over the sucking pipe 32, the wound member 33 and the bottom nip roller 35a. The wound member 33 is installed as a separated body from the sucking pipe 32 to increase a fleece angle. The sucking pipe 32 is connected to a duct through a connecting pipe 48, and the duct is connected to a sucking device.
