PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding a rubber roller enhancing deflection accuracy, and a manufacturing method for the rubber roller. SOLUTION: In the mold for molding the rubber roller, the mold comprises a mold main body having a cylindrical space therein and mold pieces for holding the core metals arranged to both end parts of the mold main body in the mold main body so as to make them concentric to the center axis of the cylindrical space. At least one of the mold pieces is equipped with an axially slidable slide member and a pressure means and the core metal chamfer parts formed to the corner parts of both ends of the mold are axially pressed and held by the pressure means in the mold pieces and the mold piece chamfer parts formed to the slide member in the mold pieces. The pressed and held core metal chamfer parts and the mold piece chamfer parts are rounded and chamfered, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
