PURPOSE: A connecting element for a shift cable for noise reduction of an automatic transmission and the shift cable including the connecting element are provided to reduce noise transmitted to the inside of a vehicle from the automatic transmission by installing the connecting element using insulating rubbers between the automatic transmission and a gearshift lever. CONSTITUTION: A connecting element(10) for a shift cable for noise reduction of an automatic transmission includes a first insulating rubber(30); a second insulating rubber(30'); a first combining ring(40) mounted to the first insulating rubber, to be combined to the second insulating rubber side; and a second combining ring(40') mounted to the second insulating rubber, to be combined to the first insulating rubber side. The first and second insulating rubbers separably combine the end of the automatic transmission side and the end of the gearshift side.
