SOLUTION: A stream replicating portion 140-1 replicates as many streams #A as the transmission antennas to be outputted to an adding portion 160-1 and a delay portion 152. A stream replicating portion 140-2 replicates as many streams #B as the transmission antennas to be outputted to the adding portion 160-1 and a delay portion 154. The delay portions 152 and 154 respectively delay transmission timings of the streams #A and #B by delay time determined by a delay time determining portion 158.
