<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to purchase/sell investment trust on a desired condition without monitoring market rates such as reference prices of investment trust. <P>SOLUTION: When open order data including the difference of purchase/sale, investment trust to be a target of purchase/sale, an agreement-scheduled date after the next business day of a fixed date, purchase/sale numerical quantities and agreement conditions are inputted to an automatic transaction terminal 12 (S102), the open order data are stored in an open order database 10a (S106). Purchase/sale data are generated on the basis of the open order data satisfying the agreement condition on the previous business day of an agreement-scheduled date (S122), and a transaction execution instruction is carried out on the agreement-scheduled date on the basis of the purchase/sale data (S132).
