PURPOSE: A magnetic water supply and heating apparatus is provided to achieve improved efficiency of heating operation by magnetizing the circulating water. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic water supply and heating apparatus comprises a magnetic water generating pipe(5) for generating a magnetic water by forming a magnetic field to the water supplied from a water supply unit(10); a magnetic water tank(1) for storing the magnetic water generated from the magnetic water generating pipe; a magnetic water heating unit(2) having a heating pipe(21) filled with the magnetic water and a heating cable(22) disposed in the heating pipe so as to heat the magnetic water; and a magnetic water supply unit(3) for supplying the magnetic water from the magnetic water tank.
