ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM FOR IMAGE FORMING DEVICE, AND ELECTRONIC MAIL PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to administrate a plurality of mail accounts needed for controlling image forming devices by integrating the mail accounts into one in a network system having a plurality of the image forming devices.

SOLUTION: The network system comprises a plurality of the image forming devices A to C which receive electronic mails transmitted via a prescribed network 30; and a receiving side mail server 10 which is connected to each image forming device A to C, as well as to the network 30, and takes in electronic mails sent to the image forming devices A to C via the network 30 while assigning a single identical mail account to each image forming device A to C.
