<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold generating no thickness unevenness in a cylindrical molded product and a molding method for a molded object using the mold. <P>SOLUTION: The mold (1) has a cavity (6) having a predetermined shape therein, a molding compound injection passage (12) communicating with the cavity (6) through a gate (8), a molding material injection passage (12) for supplying a metered fluid molding material (9) to the cavity (6) and the valve pin (7) arranged in the molding material injection passage (12) so as to be capable of inserted in and drawn out of the gate (8). The cavity (6) is constituted of a cylindrical mold cavity (4) and the columnar core (5) coaxially inserted in and drawn out of the mold cavity (4). The gate (8) for injecting the molding material is formed so as to coincide with the center axis (CL) of the mold cavity (4) and the metered resin is injected from the leading end of the core (5) to fill the cavity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
