PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article of which the molding cycle is short and which is excellent in the outward appearance and in the dimensional accuracy of a printed design, and shaped in a three-dimensional form having high design properties. SOLUTION: A plate-shaped heater is brought into contact with the whole of a part to be shaped on one side of a polycarbonate resin sheet. After the part is heated, the resin sheet is sucked onto a shaping die disposed opposite to the heater and is shaped in the three-dimensional form. In this shaping method, the surface to be heated of the resin sheet is covered beforehand, before heating, with a protective film having a melting point of 180°C or above and a thickness of 10-50μm.
