PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally manage temperature at a lid and a side part of a pot while cooked rice is being kept at a constant temperature. SOLUTION: During temperature keeping, a control means performs heating control with a heating coil 16 so as to lower the temperature of cooked rice in the pot 11 in proportion to the lowering of a room temperature, and performs heating control to a lid 5 with a lid heater 56 without changing the temperature of the lid 5. Consequently, in winter when the room temperature is low, the difference between the temperature of the lid 5 and that of the cooked rice in the pot 11 is increased, so that dew formation at the lid 5 is suppressed. In summer when the room temperature is high, the difference between the temperature of the lid 5 and that of the cooked rice in the pot 11 is reduced, so that the cooked rice is prevented from being dried due to heat from the lid 5.
