PURPOSE: A shaft dislocation prevention kit used at a lens shaping process for a glasses lens and a lens shaping method are provided to reduce the activity of lens surfaces so as to firmly fix the glasses lens onto a shaft member used at a lens shaping process. CONSTITUTION: A shaft dislocation prevention kit used at a lens shaping process for a glasses lens(4) prevents a shaft member from being dislocated from a lens with respect to the rotational motion. The shaft dislocation prevention kit is composed of a film coating agent applied onto a lens surface to form a film(7) attached onto the lens surface and an adhesive tape(8) including a support body having a predetermined strength and an adhesive attachable to the film.
