PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional, multipurpose panel for a frame which is simple and inexpensive, has a controlled number of components, and can be used as a white board and a small article holder and a pin with a screw. SOLUTION: A paper sheet is inserted between a transparent panel 1 with hook holes and a protective transparent panel 2, and fixing holes are formed at four corners of each of the resin panels. The pins 5 with the screws which are inserted into the fixing holes to fix the panels are provided, so that the panels can be fixed to a wall. A white mount 3 is held between the transparent panels 1 and 2 for the use as the white board. The panels 1 with the hook holes is arranged on the front side, and hooks are fitted into the hook holes 9 for the use as the small article holder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
