FIELD: nonalcoholic industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves additionally introducing into blend 0.02-0.13 parts of preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella bainieri micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue; 200-500 parts of preliminarily concentrated fruit pomace acid hydrolysate with dry substance content of 2.5-4.5%; 300-500 parts of citrus juice and sugar syrup until dry substance content is 10%. EFFECT: improved protective and prophylactic properties of beverage and increased breaking resistance. |
