PURPOSE: Provided is a precipitation-preventing agent for a fiber dyeing auxiliary, which dose not generate tarring or blocking and dyes wool and silk safely. CONSTITUTION: The precipitation-preventing agent is produced by a process comprising the steps of: stirring 12-16wt% of dewatered glycerine, 13-17wt% of octanol, 13-17wt% of heavy water, 12-16wt% of benzene dicarboxylic acid, 10-13wt% of castor oil sulfate at 60-70deg.C and 200rpm under nitrogen gas for 5 hours; injecting 26-30wt% of ethylene oxide and 0.1-0.2wt% of a dispersant and then stirring at 130-140deg.C and 300rpm for 2-3 hours; and cooling.
