PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the workability and reusability of a conventional binding material holder is inferior. SOLUTION: Two collar members each of which has a cylindrical core are provided, and helical grooves are formed on one of the cores to insert and slide projections in the grooves. Via the cores, one collar member is screwed on the other to make a binding material holder in which both members are connected or separated freely. In addition, engaging grooves are formed on one of the cylindrical cores and a engaging strip is supported on the other core to form a ratchet mechanism that its lock state can be released with an operating strip, thus make a binding material holder in which revolution in one direction is allowed and that in the other direction is inhibited. In this manner, the binding material holder in which each member is firmly connected but can be easily separated according to a need is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
