<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manifold valve which simplifies attachment of a pressure sensor to a solenoid valve, the wiring form of signal conductors, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor chamber 22 is formed on the upper face of a casing 10 of the solenoid valve 2, and pressure sensors 25a, 25b are installed in the sensor chamber 22.A wiring block 10b having a wiring passage 32 inside is connected to a part of the casing 10, and the signal conductors 31a, 31b extending from the pressure sensors 25a, 25b are led into the wiring passage 32 of the wiring block 10b and connected to a main wiring board 43 through an intermediate block 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
