<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily realize electric wiring at low cost on a board which is more suitable for small production than a printed board or realize electric wiring for forming an extremely thin circuit which has been difficult to achieve on the printed board. <P>SOLUTION: A conducting board is fabricated which is inserted into a connecting pin shaped like a pin such as a lapping pin, and a supporting pin for reinforcement between circuits is cut after the insertion, so that desired circuit wiring is formed.
