PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair for roentgenography which can be simply used with convenience. SOLUTION: The wheelchair is determined so that ups and downs operation can be carried out within only a fixed rotatinal angle (β) by pivotally linking a halfway height position of a receptacle table (R) pivotally and rotatably attached to the front part of a car body frame (F) to the lower terminal of a hand-push handle frame (H) pivotally and rotatably attached to the rear part of the frame (F) by using a movable rod (69) movable in front and rear direction while interlocking the frame (H) and the table (R), and comprises a prop cylinder (84) in which a locking mechanism (P) in standing up and lying down and falling conditions is pivot-linked to the front and rear of the the lower end part of the hand-pushed handle frame (H) and the intermediate part of the car body frame (F) and a remote actuation lever (85) attached to the hand-pushed handle frame (H) so as to release pressure within the cylinder (84).
