<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document information management system and a medium sheet creating method which reads image data from a manuscript in a sheet form or in a book form, inputs the image data as document information, and automatically creates medium sheet in which information to retrieve the document information is recorded. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a reading means 101 which reads document information from a manuscript G, a file means 102 which memorizes the document information as a document information file, a medium sheet information creation means 103 which creates record information using a whole or part of the document information and a concatenated information to link the record information with the document information stored in the file means 102 and then creates medium sheet information from the record information and the concatenated information, and a medium sheet output means 104 which outputs medium sheet P on which the created medium sheet information is printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
