<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel optical head to be reduced in size and weight without increasing the number of components or costs. <P>SOLUTION: This optical head is provided with a fixed optical system for emitting an optical beam irradiating an optical disk and receiving a reflected optical beam from the optical disk, and a movable optical system for converging the optical beam on the optical disk from the fixed optical system movement-controlled in the radial direction of the optical disk. In this case, a first reflection surface is formed at the angle of 45° to the optical beam emitted from the fixed optical system to the movable optical system, and a second reflection surface is formed at the angle of 90° to the first reflection surface and the angle of 45° to the optical beam reflected on the first reflection surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
