PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communications system provided for enabling a base station unit and a plurality of customer premises units covered by the base station unit to wirelessly communicate data with efficiency using data traffic channels. SOLUTION: A data traffic channel is assigned to customer premises units C1 to C3 by limiting the data traffic channel capable of being assigned to each of the customer premises units C1 to C3, and the base station unit B and the customer premises units C1 to C3 make wireless communication of data with each other by using the assigned part of the data traffic channels to the customer premises units C1 to C3.
