PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a toner collecting device where a waste toner collection bottle is arranged laterally long so that the collection performance is increased and the collection bottle is smoothly put in and taken out. SOLUTION: A coil holding component 10a is fixed to the bottom surface of a body base 2 of a device body 1 with a plurality of machine screws 11 and a conveyance coil 5 is provided in the coil holding component 10a to constitute a mechanism which conveys a collected toner into the collection bottle 12. The coil holding component 10 is provided with a plurality of thin and long holes 14 and a toner falls in the collection bottle 12 from those holes 14. A groove 15 in which the coil holding component 10 is fitted is formed in a long groove shape on the top surface of the collection bottle 12, a hole 16 receiving the collected toner is bored in the bottom surface of the groove 15, and the toner is accumulated in the collection bottle 12. On the insertion-directional tip side of the collection bottle 12, a toner receiver 17 is provided to prevent a toner from falling from the coil holding component 10 when the bottle is put in and taken out from an image forming apparatus.
