PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simpe, secure and low-cost protection/control system enabled to easily connect mechanically and electrically a plurality of electrical switches in series and a shared electric power terminal board usable to the system. SOLUTION: With the protection/control system composed of a first and a second electrical switching devices, each switching device has cases (10, 30) with upstream connecting bars (19b, 39b) and downstream connecting bars (19a, 39a) projecting respectively from upstream horizontal connecting areas (14b, 34b) and from downstream horizontal connecting areas (14a, 34a). The bars (19b, 39b, 19a, 39a) can be inserted into openings (44) of detachable electric power terminal boards (40, 50, 60). The system is provided with the shared electric power terminal board (40) electrically connecting the downstream bar (39a) of the first switching device to the upstream bar (19b) of the second switching device by screwing up and further capable of mechanically fixing two additional electric equipment.
