PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a color section display unit in which mixing of color gels never occurs, eliminates the need of turning on an LED chip, and can be easily discriminated by color. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the color section display unit is constituted of a step (a) to stick a heat resistant tape on the product to be manufactured, a step (b) to pour the color gel, separately by step, into a word section, a pattern or the like of a reflecting plate via a pin hole and to control the temperature at the time of pouring gel into the reflecting plate so as not to cause chipping of gel in the pattern or the word section, a step (c) to remove bubbles in the pattern or the word section by centrifugal force after cooling, a step (d) to increase the condensation degree of the color gel by carrying out baking, a step (e) to pour white gel, a step (f) to set an electrical circuit board on which chips are fixed and soldered inside the reflecting plate, and a step (g) to obtain the product after baking.
