PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for hydraulically increasing the pressure and the volume of pumped dropping liquid which can obtain a result of utilization of the liquid of conventional volume by utilizing a small volume of the liquid. SOLUTION: When the pumped liquid flow dropping and injecting work is completed, the liquid pressure simultaneously reaches full in a starting unit of a three-way automatic control valve 6a from an adjusting pipe 6b on a primary side A, and the valve 6a is instantaneously switched to achieve the flow dropping and injecting work at a lowest stage position of a lower end by the repulsive force of a pneumatic spring 6c, the liquid pressure to the level in a medium stage original liquid tank 4 to the level of a secondary vessel 9 on the secondary side B, the gravity of connecting rods C and 12 of the vessel 6 on the primary side A, and the siphon effect of a siphon flow dropping injection pipe 7 at the lowest stage position Aa. Not only the wasted liquid is utilized here, but also some per cent of the pressure-increased pumped liquid dropping injection liquid can be increased from the upper stage to the middle stage.
