PURPOSE: To set conditions under which the center of one pole of the magnetization sections of a magnet is stably held in the position opposing respective magnetic pole sections while the coil is not energized, and to hold the magnet in this position even when the coil is de-energized after a driving operation is performed by once energizing the coil. CONSTITUTION: The driver is so constituted as to satisfy £-0.333X+0.7>Y| when the angle per each of the respective magnetic pole sections of a comb-tooth shape is defined as A, the angle per each of the magnet poles 1a as B, £A/B| as Y, and the value of the ratio of the length on the circumference per pole of the external diameter of the magnet 1 with respect to the board thickness in the axial direction of the magnet as X.
