PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel increasing flexibility in designing a blow-out port and improving workability when assembling a vehicular body, while suppressing an increase in cost. SOLUTION: A duct 4 structuring the instrument panel 1is extended in a right-and-left direction X of an instrument panel main body 2 while disposing a first end portion 41 near an installing portion 3 inside of the instrument panel main body 2. A bellow portion 6 is formed behind the installing portion 3 in the first end portion 41. The bellow portion 6 is structured to move the first end portion 41 of the duct 4 to an installing portion forward position (shown by a solid line) wherein the first end portion 41 of the duct 4 is bent in a left direction and a tip end 44 of the first end portion 41 is positioned toward blow-out port 22 before the installing portion 3 by expanding the bellow portion 6 in the left direction, and an installing portion right side position (shown by a chain double-dashed line) wherein the first end portion 41 of the duct 4 is extended in a right direction and positioned in a right side of the installing portion 3 by contracting the bellow portion 6 in the right direction.
