<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively generate negative ions from various kinds of sprays, pumps and aerosol containers when spraying or discharging contents from the interior. <P>SOLUTION: A chip 5 formed by kneading a negative ion generative substance is mounted on an spraying port 3 from which the contents are sprayed. Alternatively, a negative ion generative substance layer is formed on the internal surface of an outlet for discharging the contents, or an entire head including the outlet or the spraying port 3 is molded of a plastic resin with the negative ion generative substance kneaded.
