PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure cylinder device, preventing rotation of a rod, having a good appearance without a long groove as in the past on the outer peripheral surface of an inner tube, and causing no rise of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This fluid pressure cylinder device includes: a base member 11; an outer tube 12, one end of which is fixed to the base member; a piston member 13 axially sliding on the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube; an inner tube 14 integrated with the piston member; and a fluid pressure cylinder 15 composed of a cylinder tube 31 and a rod 32 whose tip is connected to the tip of the inner tube not to rotate relatively. The inner peripheral surface of the outer tube is provided with a guide rail 51 extending in the axial direction, and movable members 52, 53 guided to be moved in the axial direction by the guide rail. The movable members are fitted in engaging recessed parts 55, 56 provided on the piston member to be engaged with each other in the axial direction and in the circumferential direction, whereby the rotation of the piston member 13 is prevented.
