<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic heating method capable of acquiring a high tmperature by ultrasonic irradiation. <P>SOLUTION: Diol, triol, or a mixed liquid thereof is irradiated with ultrasonic waves, to thereby heat the liquid.
