PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and granular material supplying device capable of increasing efficiency of an entire manufacturing or treatment system using powder and granules as materials, by eliminating the manual recovering or cleaning of powder and granular materials when changing the materials in the system. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a material hopper 1 temporarily reserving various kinds of powder and granules as materials, and a powder and granular material discharge adjusting mechanism 2, 3 provided at a lower end discharge port 11 of the material hopper 1. The powder and granular materials are supplied to the next treatment process with discharging them from the material hopper 1 by the discharge adjusting mechanism 2, 3.A powder and granular recovering member 83, 87 for automatically recovering the residual powder and granular materials is provided in the vicinity of the lower end powder and granular discharge port 11 of the material hopper 1.
