PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner cutter unit for an electric rotary shaver in which the number of cutters in the inner cutter unit is increased, a dimension in the direction of a diameter of a cutter surface part is easily made accurate and a rotation locus is fixed. SOLUTION: An inside circumferential inner cutter body 8 formed with a plurality of inside circumferential inner cutters 7 in its circumferential direction and an outside circumferential inner cutter body 10 formed with a plurality of outside circumferential inner cutters 9 in its circumferential direction are formed integrally in an upright posture by cutting out annular metal walls which are formed concentrically in an upright posture with a bridging section 11 in between.
