PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low impact resilience polyurethane foam which has excellent low impact resilience and a specified air permeability, transfers heat to the entire foam in a short period of time when the foam is heated in an oven or in a processing chamber in performing cutting processing to enable easy cutting processing. SOLUTION: The low impact resilience polyurethane foam for cutting processing has a modulus of impact resilience, measured according to Method A of JIS K 6400 (1997), of 1-20% and an air permeability, measured according to Method B of JIS K 6400 (1997), of 1-2 dm<SP>3</SP>/s.
