<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which offers printing output as soon as personal identification data are input, eliminates latency, and brings about the effect of preventing secret information from being seen by a stranger, because the information is not output for printing until the personal identification data are input. <P>SOLUTION: This printer is predominantly equipped with a screen control means for allowing switching to a screen different from a normal screen on a display part at the reception of development information, to which a specific code is imparted, and the input of the personal identification data, and a control means for enabling the printing of the other information even at the input of the personal identification data. Received printing information from a specific user or a plurality of users is output for printing in accordance with discrimination results.
