PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic lens capable of accurately detecting a focus state by facilitating the adjustment of an optical system for detecting a focus state. SOLUTION: The photographic lens is equipped with a photographic optical system 12A making subject light incident on an imaging device for video in a camera main body and a focus detecting optical system 12B spectrally splitting the subject light and inputting the spectrally split light in an imaging device for detecting a focus state. It is equipped with a photographic optical path length adjusting means for adjusting the optical path length of the optical system 12A and a focus detecting optical path length adjusting means for adjusting the optical path length of the optical system 12B.
