PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic paving material excellent in durability against the deterioration of an outside environment. SOLUTION: The elastic paving material is formed by binding hard aggregate to elastic aggregate with an urethane binder. The hard aggregate is surface treated hard aggregate previously treated with a silane coupling agent, and an antioxidant oxidation inhibitor, an ultraviolet absorption agent and if favorably, a epoxy silane coupling agent as an inside additive are contained.
