PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve burning efficiency in every situation, to shorten time required for extinction, and to reduce to the utmost incomplete combustion at the time of extinction. SOLUTION: In this waste oil incineration equipment in which waste oil WO is burnt by being mixed with air in a combustion chamber 8, a stepped contracted diameter part 9 whose inner diameter is contracted downward and an oil passage 22 for supplying the waste oil WO to the inside of the contracted diameter part 9, are formed in the bottom part of the combustion chamber 8. The contracted diameter part 9 is formed of a material having good thermal conductivity, and a supply amount of waste oil WO during burning is so set that a liquid level becomes lower than the upper end surface of the contracted diameter part 9.
