PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that (1) the amount capable of being housed in a Flecon bag is little, (2) the Flecon bag housing a material to be treated is unstable in form and hard to handle because the Flecon bag is flexible and bad in work efficiency and (3) various machines are required to bring about an increase in cost, in works for housing content like polluted soil in the Flecon bag being the flexible bag body to feed, keep and treat the same. SOLUTION: The Flecon bag in which a container having a predetermined shape filled with content is housed is shaken along with the container and, further, this Flecon bag is pressed into the container along with the content to be reduced in volume, compacted and shaped.
