<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upskilling support server for providing information useful for enhancing vocational ability of a job seeker. <P>SOLUTION: The upskilling support server 1 is provided with a content DB 2b and an individual DB 2a, a display means 3b for displaying individual attribute information and the contents on an individual terminal, a content acquisition instruction input means 3d and a content output means 3c, a log DB 2c for storing an output history of the contents to the individual terminal by the content output means 3c together with the individual attribute information, a model information input means 3f for accepting model attribute information to be inputted from the individual terminal and a content output history display means 3e for retrieving an output history of the contents performed by others having attributes conforming to the model attribute information from the log DB 2c and for outputting the output history on the individual terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
