PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum sucking device capable of surely preventing an article from falling even if the operation of a vacuum generating source is stopped. SOLUTION: This vacuum sucking device comprises a first system suction cup 4a receiving a vacuum from a pipeline 3 by using a vacuum pump 2 operated by a motor 1 and a second system suction cup 4b receiving a vacuum from a pipeline 7 by using an air ejector operated by an air source 5 as a vacuum generating source. Branch pipelines 3a and 7a are installed in the pipelines 3 and 7 and connected to the other system pipelines 7 and 3. Thus, even if the operation of one vacuum generating source is stopped, the vacuum is supplied to the suction cups 4a and 4b to surely prevent the vacuum-sucked article from falling.
