PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air from easily remaining in a space between a pressing member and a spring bearing member, and to smoothly operating the pressing member in a solenoid valve having a relief function of relieving an excess of a fluid pressure if the fluid pressure on the valve element exceeds a predetermined value when the valve element is closed by excitation of a coil. SOLUTION: Communication holes 54 and 55 to communicate an inside of a guide hole 48 with an outside of a movable core 45 are formed in a pressing member 50 and a spring bearing member 51, respectively.
