Positionally stable holder for holding a heating tube register and/or module along a statically neutral zone in a concrete ceiling or a concrete floor comprises a one-piece spacer (1) consisting of a receiving holder (2) at the foot end for fixing onto a lower reinforcing layer and a receiving element (4) with different height positions (5b) for a heating tube register and/or module. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Concrete ceiling or concrete floor comprising at least one heating tube register held by the above spacer; and (2) Process for installing a heating tube register and/or module using the above spacer. Preferred Features: The spacer is made of plastic, preferably polymer material, recycled plastic, recycled polymer material, or of metal or a combination of metal and plastic.
