PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an active energy ray-curable resin composition which gives a cured product having excellent memory after change in shape in spite of its low elastic modulus and excellent adhesion to a substrate having poor wettability such as an ITO deposited film as well, and furthermore has good curability at a low viscosity capable of being used in gravure printing, or the like. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises 1-20 pts. bisepoxy resin (component A) having a molecular weight of <2,000, 30-99 pts. oxetane compound (component B), and a small amount of a photocation polymerization initiator.
