PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gift exchange processor for obtained points for facilitating exchange of points, given to a customer for a designated act done at a parlor after the customer goes there and pays a price, with a gift, and for dispensing with the display of gifts in the parlor while increasing the number and kinds of gifts. SOLUTION: When the customer 1 using a ball storing system 304 of a pachinko parlor 3 gains access to a Web server 30 of the pachinko parlor 3 through an IP net 6 from a communication terminal 2 to request an exchangeable gift, the number of stored balls of a ball storing database 33 storing ball number data on the pachinko balls from the ball storing system 304 of the pachinko parlor 3 is subtracted by processing of a computer apparatus 31, and ordering for the requested gift is transmitted to a client terminal 5 of a gift presenting company 4.
