PURPOSE: A base drum pedal capable of adjusting eccentricity of a cam is provided to make a drum player adjust the hitting force and restoring force by offering a device for adjusting eccentricity of the cam by only one cam without replacing the cam. CONSTITUTION: A base drum pedal capable of adjusting eccentricity of a cam comprises a base plate; two pillars fixed to the base plate and extended upward; a rotating shaft(3) supported to holes bored in the upper ends of the pillars by bearings and rotatably installed; a beater fixed to the rotating shaft; an eccentricity adjustment cam device(100) fixed to the rotating shaft; a pedal rotatably connected to the base plate by a hinge; a chain(7) connected to the end of the pedal, to cover and connect the eccentricity adjustment cam device; a crank fixed to the rotating shaft; and a restoring spring connecting the crank and the lower end of the pillar. The eccentricity adjustment cam device comprises a cam core(101) fixed to the rotating shaft; a cam(102) pivotably connected to the cam core; a fixing unit(103) deciding eccentricity of the cam; a first pin(104) pivotably connecting the cam core and the cam; a second pin(105) pivotably connecting the cam and the fixing unit; and a fixing screw(106) fixing the fixing unit to the cam core.
