<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a heat-exchanger core having a high heat resistance and a high corrosion resistance and also a high pressure resistance of the side of a tube 5, and provide such a core. <P>SOLUTION: The tube 5 is inserted to a burring processing part 2 of each of a number of plate fins 3 laid in line, and the inside surface of the tube 5 is expanded and the periphery is adhered to the inside surface of the burring processing part. Then a nickel brazing material is supplied to the burring processing part 2 in the high-temperature condition to braze to burring processing part 2 to the tube 5, and a nickel dispersion layer 10 is formed on the outer surfaces of the burring processing part 2 and the tube 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
