The bracket enables the anchoring of a vertical part (1) against a wall by means of a threaded tie rod (7). A horizontal crosspiece (2) and a sloping reinforcement (3) are fitted to the vertical part by means of gussets and elbowed pins (5). Pins are also used to immobilize vertical tube supports (6) in which guard rails can be inserted.
