<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the maintenance of an air filter on the basis of the energizing time of a fan. <P>SOLUTION: Accumulated energizing time in which current is supplied to a fan is counted. The relation between the allowable performance limit of a filter and energizing time is previously found out.
