PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which has high reliability and which can be made thin in thickness. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a liquid crystal display panel 1, a front frame 2, a mold frame 3, a lamp unit 4, a light transmission plate 5, an optical sheet 6, a reflection sheet 7, a rear frame 8, and driving driver ICs 20, 21. Mounting holes 9 into which screws 16 are inserted are formed on a plurality of positions of the front frame 2 and a slit-like notch part 11 is formed in the vicinity of the display face side of each mounting hole 9.
