PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conductive rubber composition having a proper value of electrical resistance by suppressing change of electrical resistance caused by environmental changes such as temperature and moisture and change of voltage and reduced in fluctuation of electrical resistance, and to provide a transcription belt obtained by using the same. SOLUTION: The conductive rubber composition comprises 100 pts.mass. of a rubber component, 0.05-2.5 pts.mass. of an ionic conducting agent, 40-100 pts.mass. of conductive fillers consisting of a conductive filler with 50-100 ml/100 g of a DBP absorption quantity and another conductive filler with 10-49 ml/100 g of the DBP absorption quantity in mass ratio of 1:3 to 1:5 and whose volume specific resistance rate is adjusted to 10<SP>4</SP>to 10<SP>11</SP>Ω/cm. The composition is used as a matrix around urethane gum matrices on a surface of the transcription belt which is used transcription of a toner to an object to be transcribed. A preferable active ingredient of the ionic conducting agent is a lithium salt, a quaternary ammonium salt, or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
